Initially, I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation by phone or video call before you decide to commit to any sessions.
Individual Therapy
One-to-one therapy sessions provide a private and focused space for you to explore your concerns, develop insights, and work towards your personal goals. Sessions typically last 55 minutes and are scheduled weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.
Areas of Specialisation
I work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including:
- Anxiety Disorders: Generalised anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, and phobias
- Depression: Major depression, persistent depressive disorder, and seasonal affective disorder
- Relationship Issues: Communication problems, conflict resolution, and relationship transitions
- Trauma and PTSD: Processing traumatic experiences and developing coping strategies
- Life Transitions: Career changes, relocation, loss, and other major life events
- Stress Management: Work-related stress, burnout, and finding balance
- Self-Esteem and Identity: Building confidence and exploring personal identity
- Grief and Loss: Processing loss and finding ways to honour memories while moving forward
Fees
£50 per session.
I offer a limited number of sessions at a concessionary rate by negotiation.
